Pros and cons of iHoldBreath app for iPhone and iPad

iHoldBreath app good for

Great design, easy to use and nice graphics. One point though, it would be good if the beep 10s before the end/start of a period could be configured to something else than 10s. Typically myself I need 15s to prepare the last breath so I would set it to 15s before.
Great App for Apnoe Statik Training - i love the custom table and the interlook to iTunes - New Version includes aida Countdown with Time Details - Fair Price for an exzellent Application to learn holding your breath and to improve your breath holding time.
Slick interface and quite complete app! The possibilty to create your own custom tables is great… Id love it, if I could edit/add log book entries, as my phone isnt always around when I reach an new personal best.
This app is great for freediving training and allows to build custom made tables. Simple to use and many features. Thanks!
Fantastic app but cant use it anymore sine latest update to ios8. When will this be fixed?
My New Years Resolution was to hold my breath for five minutes, and I decided this app was going to help me do it. Ive only been using this app for two days, but here are some things Ive noticed. 1) The app does not explain itself very well. Sure, you can figure it out, but I feel a "Help" option could be added. 2) I think a sound should play (toggle on/off) when switching between Ventilation and Apnea during training. I dont like having to check the screen every minute or so to check my progress. However, there is probably an option for this somewhere in the settings. 3) In the "Graph" feature, I think it would be beneficial if the journal entry appeared upon tapping the time on the chart. This way, you would not have to continually switch menus. Overall, I like the app and it was worth the money. The "Feedback Centre" seems to be broken; I get a white screen, and nothing more. Ill continue to use the app throughout the year, and I plan on writing more reviews as I become more familiar with the application. ~Grimwold2

Some bad moments

Would get 6 stars, but not being able to save settings etc. Makes it useless.
The application is crushing all the time I try to set PB Apnea time.. Please fix the bug
If You want to be a freediver, iHoldBreath is the app You really need to.
yesterday at the pool i held my breath for only 32 seconds, and today after using this app for a little while i went to the poool, did the training and held my breath for 1:48!!!! really hlps
I absolutely love this app! It is typically hard to get motivated to apnea train mostly because it is inconvenient. But now that I have this app the workouts are specifically tailored once I type in my record apnea time, which makes training easier and more fun. Ive more than doubled my apnea time in 2 weeks. Ill pproaching the 3 minute mark soon!!
its help a ton but i would love to be able to listen to my ipod while doing this so please make it a feature. thank you
