It could be better in a few ways.
There needs to be a help/info screen so I know what I am doing.
Also I would like to have a support area to message my questions to people that can help me, such as whats the difference between the co2 and the others? Why would I need to make my own chart? What do I need to keep in mind while making my own chart? How often do I need to do this exercise? Do I do the mixed exercise all the time or a different one a day?
I believe this is the best apnea app out there, however I want to know the best way to get me to be able to hold my breath longer. Im at about 3min now but I want it at 5. What should I be doing the most?
Also there is a bug that makes the sound bar disappear, need that to come back.
I have all the apnea apps and this is my favorite. Just do a few things and it will be perfect. Thx!
